Recipes

Although there is an epidemic of obesity in the nation, there are some recipes that one simply cannot do without. As far back as my family goes, I recall sitting around the kitchen table talking. My mother would also put a nutritious meal on the table every night. The dinner hour was always filled with conversation, laughter and good food. But often, especially on Sundays, we would stay at the dinner table, grazing (as we called it) and simply visit. We discussed our week, politics, religion, history . . . you name, we discussed it. Still do, as a matter of fact.

Over the years, I have developed a book of recipes that have become family favorites and I am only too willing to share. I love trying out new recipes, perfecting them and making them my own. Just ask our ever increasing circle of friends how often I invite them to dinner to try something I have perfected.

If you have recipes you wish to share, please send the recipe to CES Recipes and we'll be only too happy to add it to the website. Only two critera, no booze and it must taste good.

And a word of caution, if you end up using these recipes regularly, develop a good exercise plan and stick to it. Get on a good vitamin regimen and be certain to include Vitamin E and Vitamin C. According to medical studies, Vitamin E bonds to bad fat and carries it out of the body. Cool! Vitamin E and Vitamin C combined together create a super antioxidant, which is never bad. Just be wise, have fun and Happy Eating!
